Over the years, NWHS has presented over 500 Health and Nutrition Seminars throughout New England at various locations and venues. Seminars are offered in office and out of office to: corporate companies, sports teams, men’s and women’s groups, police and fire departments, salons, spas as well as fitness studios. 

Health and Nutrition Seminars are all one hour in length and the Nutritionist presenting your seminar will arrive 30 minutes prior to start time for proper set up. All Health and Nutrition Seminars are presented in a power point presentation. Topics include: “Master Your Metabolism,” “Balance Your Hormones Naturally,” “Healing Autoimmune Disease,” “Nutrition Response Testing 101,” “Nutrition and Pregnancy,” “How to Stay Healthy During the Holidays,” and more!
